Microsoft delivers an extraordinary amount of support information for all Office versions on the Web. That commitment doesn't extend to answering individual questions free—if you purchase a retail version of Office, you get two free assisted support incidents, over the phone or via Web-based support options, while all other personal support options cost at least $35. But if you're willing to search long enough, chances are good that you'll find the answer yourself.
