Description:

Designates the root node and acts as the container for the XSL result tree, which is a tree containing formatting objects. Children of root consist of the page-viewport-areas returned by a page-sequence.

PAGE-SEQUENCE

Description:

The page-sequence object specifies how to create a sequence of pages within a document. The content of these pages comes from flow children of the fo:page-sequence.
