Organizational Unit Changes

Q1:I have moved users to a new OU, but when they log on they do not see any difference.
OU membership is largely invisible to users. If they are moved from one OU to another, they will see the difference only in group policy, if any exists. Their placement in the Active Directory hierarchy, however, should not be visible to them.

Q1:I have moved users into a new OU, but they are not processing part of the group policy for their new OU.
Make sure that the portions of group policy you are missing are not in the computer section of group policy. Both the user and the computer must be in the OU to process both sections of group policy.
