Changes Aren't Being Effected

Q1:Changes made to the group policy are not being replicated to a Domain Controller.
The File replication service, which is responsible for copying changes made to the group policy from one DC to another, rarely breaks. Generally, if the network and Active Directory are healthy enough to replicate changes to the AD from one DC to another, FRS works also. However, if it does fail, the first things to check are the usual suspects on the network—routing, addressing, and name resolution. FRS can't replicate to what it can't see. Use ping and tracert to ensure that the respective DCs can communicate. Also, use the fol lowing checks to help you troubleshoot:
