Changes Aren't Being Saved

| If multiple administrators are using the group policy interface, the last writer wins. A good policy is to identify a particular console or administrator to modify group policy. |
Assigned Software Doesn't Install

| Check the group policy and make sure the software was assigned rather than published. If it is published, the user still has to use Add/Remove Programs to install the software. |
