Leaders and Tolerances
The Leader and Tolerance commands are located in the center of the Dimension toolbar, to the right of the Continue Dimension command.
A leader is simply an arrow that points to a location in a drawing and then leads to one or several lines of text.
Geometric tolerances specify deviations of form, profile, orientation, location, and runout of a feature.
