There are numerous options available that will enable you to become more efficient working in AutoCAD. These options vary from specifying search paths to customizing the AutoCAD display. You have seen many of these options in the form of setting variables, or setvars. AutoCAD also provides a series of dialog box tiles that make setting these preferences easier. This appendix will briefly describe the parameters available in each of the tabs within the Options dialog box.
