Title

The TITLE field displays the title stored in the Summary Info tab of the Properties dialog box. If "NewTitle" is included, Word displays the new title you specify rather than the current title, and enters it in the Properties dialog box.

Syntax

{ TITLE "NewTitle" }

Switches

TITLE also supports capitalization formatting switches (see the section earlier in this chapter, "Capitalization Formatting Switches").

Examples

The following field enters the new title Third Quarter Projectionsin the Properties dialog box, capitalizing the first letter of each word in the document:

{ TITLE "Third Quarter Projections" \* FirstCap }
