Subject

The SUBJECT field displays the subject stored in the Summary Info tab of the Properties dialog box. If "NewSubject" is included, Word displays the new subject you specify, rather than current subject, and enters it in the Properties dialog box.

Syntax

{ SUBJECT "NewSubject"}

Switches

SUBJECT supports capitalization formatting switches (see the section earlier in this chapter, "Capitalization Formatting Switches").

Examples

The following field enters the current subject as stored in the Summary Info tab of the Properties dialog box, using ALL CAPS:

{ SUBJECT \* UPPER }
