The QUOTE field inserts whatever text you specify. That text can often take the form of nested fields; in fact, only four fields cannot be used: AUTONUM, AUTONUMLGL, AUTONUMOUT, and SYMBOL.

QUOTE also supports sequence formatting switches (see the "Sequence Formatting Switches" section earlier in this chapter), capitalization formatting switches (see the "Capitalization Formatting Switches" section earlier in this chapter), and numeric formatting switches (see the "Numeric Formatting Switches" section earlier in this chapter).
