MergeRec

In a mail merge, the MERGEREC field adds a record number to each document.

Note

Insert MERGEREC fields as part of the mail merge process by choosing Merge Record # from the Insert Word Field button on the Mail Merge toolbar.

To include consecutive record numbers in your merged form letters (or other merged documents), insert this field:
