AutoTextList

The AutoTextList field includes a drop-down list in a document, enabling users to choose among several predefined AutoText entries you've provided.

{ AUTOTEXTLIST "LiteralText" \s "Stylename" \t "Tiptext" }

Switches

SwitchWhat It Does
\sTells Word to display all AutoText entries associated with a specific style. You don't have to specify the same style in which the field result is formatted; you can choose any style currently available to the document.
\tTells Word what information to display in the ScreenTip when a user hovers his or her mouse pointer over the field. If you don't include a \t switch, Word displays default instructions.
