What to Do If Words Disappear from a Drawing Object
Text within drawing objects is not automatically resized to fit; you have to either reduce the size of the text or enlarge the drawing object by clicking and dragging the sizing handles. To adjust text placement, you have to use all the formatting options at your disposal to get the effect you want—the alignment buttons, paragraph marks, tabs, nonbreaking spaces (Ctrl+Shift+Space), and so on—to move the text where you want it.
