About the Authors

Ed Bott is a best-selling author and award-winning computer journalist with more than 10 years experience in the personal computer industry. As senior contributing editor of PC Computing, he is responsible for the magazine's extensive coverage of Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows NT, and Microsoft Office. From 1991 until 1993, he was editor of PC Computing, and for three years before that he was managing editor of PC World magazine. Ed has written numerous books for Que Publishing, including the "User Friendly" editions of Using Windows 95 and Using Microsoft Office 97.
