Sending a More Complete Message

There are a couple of other ways to send fax messages. First, you may want to use the same window you used to create an email message. The only difference between creating a fax message and an email message is in the way you address it. If you address the message to a fax "address," the message will be a fax message.

If you don't already have the fax address in your Address Book, you need to add it first. Then use the To button in the New Message window to add this address to the To line of your message.

Tip

Choose File, Send Options to modify fax options while working in the New Message window.
