Using Internet Shortcuts

Regardless of where you find a web page—on a corporate intranet or on a distant server— inside, it's nothing more than a document file. And just as you use conventional shortcuts to organize documents stored locally, Internet shortcuts are the most effective way to organize web-based information. When you inspect the properties of an Internet shortcut, you see a page of settings such as the one in Figure 19.1.
