Configuring a Connection to an Existing Internet Account

Windows 95 uses a service called Dial-Up Networking (DUN) to connect your system to the Internet over telephone lines. The Internet Connection Wizard automatically installs DUN if necessary. Individual connection icons within the Dial-Up Networking folder contain all the information you need to connect with the Internet. You'll find the Dial-Up Networking folder in the My Computer window; to open this system folder from the Start menu, choose Programs, Accessories, Dial-Up Networking.
