Adding IN to Use Tables in Another Database

Access enables you to open only one database at a time, unless you write code to open another table with an Access VBA function or subprocedure. However, you can use Jet SQL's IN clause with a make-table, append, update, or delete query to create or modify tables in another database. Access provides the capability to make a table or append records to a table in another Access database through graphical QBE only. You click the Another Database option in the Query Properties dialog for the make-table or append query and type the file name of the other database.
