Chapter 3. Navigating Within Acces

This chapter describes how Microsoft has structured and organized Access to expedite the design and use of the database objects that it offers. A substantial portion of this chapter consists of tables that list the functions of window Control-menu boxes, toolbar buttons, and function-key combinations. Many function and key assignments derive from other Microsoft applications, such as Excel (F2 for editing) and Word for Windows (Shift+F4 to find the next occurrence of a match).
