ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Joseph began his professional career at Bracewell and Patterson (now Bracewell and Giuliani), a prominent international law firm, where he was a senior partner and member of the Executive Committee. He gained early success as a courtroom lawyer using intuitive methods for preparation of his cases, including interviewing and cross-examining witnesses and presenting to juries, that he was unable to explain. He had no language for describing those methodologies or any way to codify them. The knowledge was tacit to him.
