How can you use and leverage the tools, practices, and strategies presented in the previous chapters? We suggest that you “start from where you are,” but use a helicopter view of where you want to go. In other words, rise above what you have and look at the big picture in life. Regardless of whether you are a leader or HR partner, or both, be honest about the capabilities you or the target audience have and introduce the tools that best fit the skill level and situation.
