Acknowledgments

The efforts of many people came together in this book, and many people may have unknowingly contributed to my education on the topic of SolidWorks Administration. Ed Cyganik was the Technical Editor for this work. Ed has been a source of knowledge for me since we met in 1999 working together on SolidWorks and SmarTeam issues. Sal Lama and Melissa Appel of SolidWorks Corp. were instrumental in helping me with the details of certain topics. Sal was my replacement as an application engineer at a SolidWorks reseller in Rochester, New York. Any work on SolidWorks administration has to acknowledge Greg Jankowski, an accomplished author whose CAD Manager's Boot Camp presentations are a major hit every year at SolidWorks World. The first time I met Greg was at the airport in Palm Springs, California, at the very first SolidWorks World. Finally, I need to acknowledge anyone who reads or comments on my blog, or contributes to the SolidWorks forums. Much of the valuable real world experience I gain has been interpreted by these people, which is of infinite value to me.
