roleadd — Administer a New Role Account

/usr/sbin/roleadd -D [-b base-dir][-e expire][-f inactive][-g group]
  [-A authorization [,authorization...]][-P profile [,profile...]]

Description

The roleadd command is new in the Solaris 8 release. Use the roleadd command to add role-based access control (RBAC). RBAC enables you to package specific superuser privileges for assignment to user accounts. In this way, you can provide certain users with the capability to solve their own problems without granting them the complete range of superuser privileges.
