fncreate_printer — Create New Printers in the FNS Namespace

Synopsis

/bin/fncreate_printer [-sv] composite-name
						printer-name
						printer-addr
  [printer-addr...]
/bin/fncreate_printer [-sv][-f filename] composite-name
					

Description

Use the fncreate_printer command to create a new printer context for an org, user, host, or site object. composite-name is the Federated Naming Service (FNS) name of the object. fncreate_printer uses printer-name to name the new printer and bind it to an FNS reference constructed from the set of printer-addrs. You can also use fncreate_printer to add new printer-addrs for an existing printer-name.

The command also supports creating a set of printers as listed in the file filename.
