DNS Domain with a UUCP Gateway
Adding the capability of dealing with UUCP addresses to a gateway is easily done. Just add the following line to the end of the macro configuration file for the gateway in question.
MAILER(uucp)dnl
Run the macro configuration file through the m4 macro processor and copy the generated sendmail configuration file to /etc/mail/sendmail.cf on your gateway. Restart sendmail; your gateway can now deal with UUCP addresses.
