Part Five: Stakeholders

The primary goal of an organized team is to work together to solve a novel problem for a broader range of stakeholders. The coordination we build into teams allows us to do this in an effective, efficient manner.

As we start to address this challenge, we must first establish who our stakeholders are and identify the specific goals we are going to try to achieve for them. We then need to work with our stakeholders in a collaborative fashion to empathize with them and agree in detail what needs to be done.
