Chapter Eighteen. Prioritization

I have yet to see a project where there are adequate resources and time to accomplish everything that we would like to. Using our goals to provide ongoing, balanced guidance of what is important to us, we need to strike a balance of what can reasonably be accomplished within our constraints, to provide the best solution possible.

In this chapter, we look at the necessity of prioritization and some of the costs we could incur if we fail to prioritize our efforts throughout the project.
