After we have assembled the people into the appropriate positions and gained a common understanding of our goals, we need to build in mechanisms that will allow the team to complete their tasks in an efficient and orderly fashion.
In this chapter, we discuss some of the neglected aspects of building a process and some of the critical areas to consider as we try to gain consistency and efficiency without burdening the team with bureaucracy.
