Roger Sessions is one of the world's leading experts in enterprise software architectures. He has extensive experience with Microsoft's .NET, OMG's CORBA, and Sun's J2EE platforms. He has written six books and dozens of articles, and he is a popular keynote speaker at conferences on enterprise software systems. He writes and publishes the ObjectWatch Newsletter, a widely read, highly regarded, and often hotly debated newsletter on high-end software technologies. His last book, COM+ and the Battle for the Middle Tier, published by John Wiley & Sons, compared and contrasted Microsoft's COM+ to Sun's EJB technologies.
