2.8. Treaty Overview Document

A treaty overview document (TOD) is a detailed description of a specific treaty that includes any information that a participant in the treaty might need to know, such as sequences of fortress interactions, security requirements, transactional expectations, and asynchronous versus synchronous messaging. A TOD does not include information about the fortresses themselves. It focuses on describing how the fortresses work together.
