Chapter Twelve. Endgame Estimation: A Few Useful Collaborative Techniques

In most of my own endgame experiences, very little in the way of work estimation occurred. I think the prevailing driver was the perceived lack of time—of both project and resource time. I’ve learned from these experiences that devoting a bit of thought to the repair effort is helpful in planning and decision-making within the endgame. Instead of reacting to all repairs, you can factor size, complexity, and repair time estimates into some of your decisions.
