We’re rounding the final turn and coming into the home stretch. In this section, I address topics that will be important to you as you hone your software development management skills. For example, every good manager sooner or later is asked to take over an in-progress project that is in trouble.

Chapter 21, “Crisis,” allegorically deals with jumping into the middle of the mess and getting on the road to recovery.
