Looking at Your Options

You can find many white label options, and I describe several in the following sections. This mention isn’t to be construed as an endorsement. Rather, I’d like to see you and your brand handle your own metrics. However, that’s just not feasible for everyone, so you may need to consider other options.

Clicky

In addition to do-it-yourself capabilities, Clicky (see Figure 13-1) also offers a white label version of its product, hosted on its servers.

In this white label version of Clicky, you can have your own company, your own product or company logo, a custom style sheet (CSS) to match your brand, and your own domain (URL). For $49 per month, Clicky allows you to offer branded metrics as a solution to your clients and bill your clients at a rate you determine.

Under its service umbrella, your white label metrics brand can provide people with the metrics they want at no hassle, including Clicky’s real-time metrics. Clicky has an API you can use to create an automated registration process as well.

Don’t worry, users must be registered by you; the white label metrics solution is closed to the public. You hold the keys.

Google Analytics Premium

That’s right, the free analytics kingpin has a premium version, for the low, low price of $150,000 per year. Google doesn’t offer a traditional white label metrics solution, however. ...
