11. Bloggers Have No Boundaries

Bloggers can be the most passionate community members out there. They are also creators, as defined by the book Groundswell, by Charlene Li and Josh Bernoff. Bloggers feel passionate enough about a certain subject that they are actually taking the time to create content around it. These are actively engaged members of a community, and they can be your best brand evangelists or your worst PR nightmare.

Bloggers don’t have to follow any rules other than their own moral compasses.
