IF YOU STAND STILL, YOU JUST MAY GET SUED

If you stand still, you just might get sued. Why? Because someone may take offense at where you are standing, and although there are protections against frivolous lawsuits, there is still an abundance of silly lawsuits. So in an age when search is social and sharing is community and content driven, if you don’t blog, you and your business may never get found. Blogging is a powerful medium to project your expertise and to build your online community. So the question really becomes, not whether to blog, but how to blog and minimize your risks of being sued or sanctioned while blogging or hosting a blog.
