Mihailo (Mike) Temali is the founder and executive director of the Neighborhood Development Center (NDC) and the founder and president of Western Initiatives for Neighborhood Development (WIND), both in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Neighborhood Development Center started in St. Paul Minnesota and now serves communities across the Twin Cities. This organization identifies potential entrepreneurs who may be operating microenterprises out of their homes, have a work ethic, technical skills and entrepreneurial ideas.
