About the Pattern Co-Contributors

The following individuals contributed to the authoring of SOA design patterns introduced in this book.

David Booth, Ph.D.

David Booth is based outside of Boston and currently works as a contractor for Cleveland Clinic where he is a Software Architect working on their SemanticDB project, which applies semantic Web technology to clinical research. Until 2009 David worked for HP, having joined when HP acquired Bluestone Software. He was a W3C Fellow from HP from 2002 to 2005 and remains an avid advocate of the Web, Web architecture, Semantic Web technology, and the use of http URIs as universal identifiers.
