Chapter 2. Entrepreneurs Uncovered

In our last session we got to grips with what the research says about entrepreneurs and what behaviours and traits are consistent in the most successful entrepreneurs. You will have started to measure yourself against these things and have some idea of the areas you need to work on and develop. Are you feeling more or less motivated by what you learning about yourself? Don't judge your reactions, just be aware of them.

In this session we're going to discuss the prevailing myths about entrepreneurs, and there are many – believe me. I'll also give you an insight into the reasons people choose this road and what real life is like for an entrepreneur.

Let me start by saying that many of the myths are just plain wrong ...
