For the successful completion of this book, we are indebted to a number of people, institutions, and organizations. First of all, we must thank the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) for funding our research work in this field. When we first found and confirmed the existence of sneak circuit phenomena in power electronic converters early in 2004, the NSFC immediately funded our research work in 2005 (No. 50507004).
