If you want to borrow money inside your SMSF you need to understand the key rules of SMSFs, including the sole purpose test and the fact that you are generally not permitted to borrow money inside your super fund — except under limited circumstances and provided you have a particular structure for borrowing in place, called a warrant or a limited recourse loan.
