Keith Dugdale is an Australian-based specialist in human behaviour in the workplace. He has been focusing on the behavioural aspects of the sales process for more than a decade and is a consultant to individuals, local companies and global organisations.

Keith has lived and worked in many cultures including the UK, China, Singapore, Papua New Guinea, Africa, Hong Kong and Australia. He has held senior positions in people development and business development.

Keith now tries to get a balance between looking after his wife and three children in Australia and running a global business helping people succeed in selling.
