Our approach in this book

Figure 1 forms the basis of the logical flow that we will follow in this publication. The first six chapters focus on issues related to each of the six M&A principles in turn. After that, Chapters 710 examine further key areas. At the end of each of the first seven chapters, we will spell out the key questions arising for the CEO and CFO.
