45 A Legal Caveat
One final note: We have not discussed legal questions, but they are certain to loom large in the coming years as the world embraces videoconferencing as one of its common methods of communicating. We have identified two major issues that are not yet settled—at least no one that we have talked with seems to have clear-cut answers to these challenges. In fact, very few people have even begun to think about them. We do not intend our comments to represent legal advice and suggest that videoconference users check with their legal departments for relevant advice.
