Vocal amplification systems are so excellent today you do not need to vocally project—the sound system will do it for you, amplifying all your vocal nuances. If you have external speakers on your computer, chances are you will find that the sound is the best feature of your videoconferences.
Enunciate clearly. This will benefit your conferencing, whether you are video- or teleconferencing. If people regularly ask you to repeat yourself, take it as a clue that you are not enunciating. Do not speak louder, just more clearly.
