As with any type of meeting, follow-up activity—implementation—must take place to validate your videoconference. Here are some ideas.

  • Follow-up demands that you take notes during the videoconference. If you are meeting via the Internet, a document can be created to serve as notes for everyone to see. In fact, people from multiple sites can make corrections to the notes as they are being made.
  • If you have questions or receive questions that would break the flow of the videoconference, make a note of them and then ask or answer them after the meeting.
