UNCOVERING YOUR USP AND UVP

Here’s a bit of legwork to help you understand your company’s USP and UVP.

If you don’t have any idea of your company’s (and your) USP and UVP, you might want to develop a short survey by using www.surveymonkey.com, www.freeonlinesurveys.com, www.kwiksurveys.com, or www.zoomerang.com.

On your survey, ask your customers these questions, at a minimum:

1. Why does your company do business with us?

2. What is your perception of our company?

3. How do you benefit from doing business with our company?

4. How do you benefit from doing business with me personally?

5. What could we do better to serve your needs?

6. What do you like most about our company?

7. What do you like least about our company?
