SMARTER GOALS

To be effective, all goals must be:

S: Specific. In fact, the more specific and well defined your goals are, the better. State your goals in terms that are as precise as possible. This gives you clarity, direction, motivation, and focus. Your goal should be significant enough to inspire you to move either toward the life you want or away from something you don’t want. If your goal statement is vague, you will find the goal difficult to achieve, as the definition of success will also be hard to quantify. What’s your goal?
