SALES PRO TIPS:

1. Always copy the top dog. CC: all people that you sent the letter to.

2. Be specific with the date and time you will be calling.

3. Hand address each envelope. (Use Avery 5160 [labels] for mass mailing.)

4. Include a business card.

5. Sign each letter.

6. First-class stamp only, not metered.

7. If a priority, use FedEx or DHL.

8. Set specific times in your calendar that you mentioned in the letter(10 to 15 minutes apart).

9. Follow the process and be detailed with your notes.
