Joining a Meeting

You have a few options for joining a Bridgit meeting. In this section, I walk you through each option.

Joining a meeting from an e-mail invitation

The easiest way to join a meeting is to click the link in an e-mail invite. To join a meeting from an e-mail invite, follow these steps:

1. Select the link in the body of the e-mail.

If you haven’t run the software, you’ll need to run it. The Join Conference dialog box appears.

2. In the appropriate fields, type your name and, if required, the password.

If a password is required, it will be included in the body of the e-mail that contained the link.

3. Click OK.

The lobby screen opens and you’re in!
