Give People a Task
Don’t waste a minute! As soon as your learners arrive, give them a task. Make it as direct as you can, in great big bold letters stating something like, “TAKE ACTION NOW! THIS IS DUE!” Your goal is to get their attention. Add sound that will play every few seconds or at your touch. On another page or area of the board, have the assignment instructions.
